|MASTERCLASS TITLE:||Delivering big stadium wins through improved fan experiences|
|DESCRIPTION:||The aim of the masterclass is to present how, by improving fan experience design features in a stadium, we can create a step change in revenue and support success on the field of play, and can potentially offer additional routes to financing solutions. Speakers from five world class sports consultants will present their experiences where the incorporation of innovative revenue generating design features has significantly improved the total operational revenue generated by the stadium’|
We will also examine innovative funding models to deliver major upgrades and complete new sporting and entertainment precincts that attract significant private investment. After these market leading case studies, we will have a panel discussion to debate the opportunities to deliver a similar step change in revenue across Japanese clubs and seek to identify the challenges we would need to collectively overcome.
